White wine made from grapes from their own vineyards. The elaboration is made from selected grapes in the field. After a slight crushing, a natural settling of 12 hours is carried out at 9 ° C, to subsequently start the low temperature alcoholic fermentation. Thus the maximum aromas of the grape develop.
Visual phase: Clean, bright with greenish tones.
Olfactory phase: Medium high intensity, white fruit; Pear and melon.
Gustatory phase: Balanced in the mouth, sweet and fruity entry.
All kinds of fish, seafood, roasted poultry if it is not very spicy.
