Red wine from the Tempranillo variety. After an exhaustive monitoring by pruning plots, vegetative cycle and ripening of the grapes (pulp and skin), the selection and manual harvesting of the plots is carried out. The fermentation and cover-up of the grape lasts between 15 and 20 days, after which it starts aging in new French and American oak barrels, with different roasts to enhance the aromas of Tempranillo.
Visual phase: Cherry with violet edges, bright.
Olfactory phase: Aromas of jams. Excellent fruit expression, well assembled with wood.
Gustatory phase: Good entry and structure, complex and wide in the mouth.
White and red meats, roasts of lamb, pork and ox, game and cheese.
