Red wine from the Tempranillo variety. After an exhaustive follow-up by pruning plots, vegetative cycle and ripening of the grape (pulp and skin), the selection and manual harvesting are carried out. The fermentation and cover-up of the grapes lasts between 15 and 20 days, after which a aging in new French and American oak barrels begins, with different roasts to enhance the aromas of Tempranillo.
Visual phase: Dense, bright. Garnet color. Long and elegant tears that presuppose kindness in the mouth. Olfactory phase: Good intensity, long and complex. Prevalence of ripe fruits with spicy vanilla and cinnamon tones. Notes of black pepper. Gustatory phase: Good entry and structure, fleshy and round, very good tannic expression of wood and fruit, complex and broad in the mouth. Elegant and long finish.
